1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Oluvani, you agree to these Terms and to the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Oluvani is
Oluvani provides astrology-inspired daily readings, guided audio rituals, and on-device journaling for entertainment, reflection, and well-being. Oluvani is not professional advice and makes no guarantees.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Oluvani. Purchases require being 18+ or having parental/guardian consent and using the app store's family controls.
4. Oluvani Plus (subscriptions)
- Oluvani Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play / Apple. Price and period are shown before purchase (e.g. €4.99/month or €39.99/year; R$ 16,90/month or R$ 199/year in Brazil).
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
- EU withdrawal: where digital content begins immediately with your consent, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply; refunds are handled per the store's policy and applicable law.
5. Your content
Journal entries, moods, and habits are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for backing them up; uninstalling the app deletes them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its content, voice recordings, and brand are owned by Oluvani or its licensors. Public-domain or licensed materials remain under their respective terms.
8. Disclaimer, no advice, and limitation of liability
Entertainment and well-being only. Oluvani's readings, horoscopes, sign and star content, moon phases, rituals, and meditations are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and general well-being. They are not factual statements about you, other people, or the future, and carry no guarantee of accuracy.
Not professional advice. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything you read or hear in Oluvani.
Your decisions are your own. Any action or decision you take based on the app is your sole responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oluvani is not responsible or liable for any choices, actions, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content.
If you need help now. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Oluvani is not a crisis or emergency service.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oluvani's total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or €50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes & termination
We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or on our site. We may suspend access for misuse.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (incl. Brazil CDC for Brazilian users).
